We are having a complaint cell which is working very well for our members solving different warranty related and other issues.

   We have a email ID mitdacomplaintcell@gmail.com to register the complaints and will take up the same to vendor level through association. Last year we had opened the same to customers also. 

  All the dealers are displayed the mail address of complaint cell in their offices, so that customers can raise any complaint / feed backs if any against to the member to us.
